The Opportunity
This is a part-time contract role (25 hrs/week) for a mid-level Graphic Designer and Illustrator who thrives in a fast-moving, client-facing agency environment. You'll work directly with our Creative Director across campaign design, digital content, and business development materials for an exciting roster of kids and family brands.
The role is approximately 60% design and illustration, 40% presentation and pitch support. If you love making things look great across every format — from social content to boardroom-ready decks — this is your kind of role.
What You'll Work On
Digital-first campaign assets across social, web, email, and display
Kids and family brand creative — fun, vibrant, and always on-brand
Graphics and short-form video content for social platforms
Polished pitch decks and client-facing presentations
New business proposals and agency marketing materials
Print design and illustration support as needed
What You Bring
3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong, varied portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Solid presentation design skills — you make decks that actually look great
A digital-first mindset — you understand how design lives on screen
Figma and Canva proficiency
The ability to work from a brief and execute independently
Motion and video experience (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) — a strong asset
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools — a strong asset
Experience in kids, family, or lifestyle brand work — a plus, not a requirement
